if your running a v-tiger crm and add notes inside the crm and then go to your iphone/ipad client and you get loads of html in your notes then you need paling text notes to fix this
get a terminal and get the root of the crm
nano this file
config.inc.php
look for this line
$USE_RTE = ‘false’;
and change to this
$USE_RTE = ‘true’;
hey presto plain text notes!!
