Ive been using facebook for over a year now i dont really do anything untoward on it well that i know of!?

Now ive looked through the FAQ’s and it doenst indicate what ive done ? so how do i know were im going wrong ? ive emailed the facebook team although i couldnt find a contact email address on the site – support or help or a live advisor?
Pretty poor for a massive organisation to work this poor really im quite disappointed with facebook.
Maybe its time to twitter………..
