Creating the most amazing burger has a mixture of certain elements..
I love to slightly mayo the bun before heating up both sides on the griddle and fresh and fried onion is a great combination and of course cheddar cheese melted and salt and pepper!
But again pick quality beef from your butcher and good quality buns are the icing on the cake and adding fresh crispy salad! The sauce is always down to how you feel, spicy.. bbq.. but a good burger sauce is great for anytime!
Most importantly how do you like your burger well done? Of Ozing with flavor medium or dangerously medium rare!!
