Im really happy with the progress on my studio so far! Luckily i used the open patcher for my imac to get my imac upto date and my macbook, this allowed me to get the latest logic which lets me sync with my ipad. On the ipad i can move around different systems listening to different takes and making adjustments to the mix which is super handy!
Logic on ipad
Ive got my interface and studio mic hooked up and that parts working just fine! Im testing a few guitars today plus im testing my levinson delta which has been modified with humbuckers and coil taps which is handy for getting lots of sounds when recording!

Im just waiting on a new thunderbolt adapter as the one i got aint kicking in the second screen and im wanting a full work space on main screen and on the second screen plugins like reverb, compression, master plugin and eq mainly keeping clear workspace on screen one
Im just working on vocals and guitar to get used to general usage and to get in touch with logic on the mac and ipad. Ive got ten songs that are covers to put down before i move to the next phase of ten of my own songs. Thats when i add the rest of the hardware. I have a hammond midi module i want to try and hook in as well as using the internal organ and piano sounds. Plus i have a midi drum kit im planning on using with the abbey road drum kit plugin!

Its all very exciting getting this setup and getting back in the studio and working on my own album!
Watch for album postings and phase two with the drums and keys! Plus im going to clear under the desk and get some stands for the studio monitors…
